This website offers digital photography presets for purchase and serves as the professional portfolio of photographer Vika Sholohov.
All purchases and use of the Site are governed by these Terms and by applicable Israeli law.

2. Purchases and Payments

• Payments are processed securely through credit card or other available online payment methods shown at checkout.

• Transactions are charged in Israeli Shekels (₪) unless stated otherwise.

• Once payment has been successfully completed, the customer will automatically receive the purchased digital files via email or through a direct download link.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that all personal and billing information is entered accurately during checkout.
   

3. Digital Product Delivery

• After completing the purchase, the product (preset or preset pack) will be sent to the email address provided or made available for immediate download.

• Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes.

• In case of any technical issue with file delivery, please contact us at info@vikasholohov.com and include your order number.
   

4. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales of digital products are final.
Because the products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available after purchase.
Duplicate transactions (e.g., the same preset purchased twice by mistake) may be reviewed individually upon request and verified proof of duplicate payment.

5. License and Use

• Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the preset for your own personal and professional work.

• Redistribution, resale, sharing, or transferring of the preset files to any third party is strictly prohibited.

• You may not claim ownership or modify and resell any product as your own.
   

6. Intellectual Property
All content featured on this website — including but not limited to images, text, designs, logos, presets, and visual materials — is the sole property of Vika Sholohov and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure that all products are functional and meet a high standard of quality.
However, Vika Sholohov shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or software issues arising from the use or misuse of the digital products.
Use of the presets is at your own discretion and risk.
